Purchased this to replace an older Nest Hello. Product was new and complete. Installed and works perfectly at a fraction of the cost from other sources.

I ordered a couple of items and then a few days later decided to get something else. They were able to add it to my original order to save shipping costs, and even applied the 5% discount for first time shoppers. Good experience with Deal4. Only improvement could be the packaging which had lots of plastic. Please use a more eco-friendrly option.

OVerall the doorbell is easy to install if you have an existing doorbell, which I didn't have, but I manage to do it in a few hours nonetheless.
