We are committed to delivering your order to you as promptly as possible. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 business hours to process your order.
Transit time is calculated based on business days, meaning that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in transit time unless we have specifically offered weekend delivery during checkout. For some delivery dates, we may provide an "order within" countdown timer that indicates the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. Please note that the delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order.
Your order will typically be delivered within 1-4 business days, except for remote locations. We strive to process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so that we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free or low-cost shipping. If you check Your Orders and notice that your items have not shipped yet, please don't worry. We may take a little longer than expected to ship out your order, but we will not delay shipping if it means missing the expected delivery date.
If you reside in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, or any other circumstances beyond our control, please add at least 2-3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, as multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
