Can I come to your store and pick up the order after placing it online?

Yes, you will be able to pick it up. We are open 12 PM to 6 PM everyday except Sunday or statutory holidays. But we need you to send us a SMS/ WhatsApp message at "647-510-4665" or email us at "" to confirm the time and date of your arrival, so that we know you are coming and your order is ready to be picked up. 

Make sure to bring your Govt issued Photo id which matches the name and address on your order.

Is the product I'm looking for, in stock and available?

You will be able to tell on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of the product will be listed as "Available," or " Not Available"

What are your return policies?

Most products sold by can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 15 days from the date your online order is delivered. Some exceptions apply. For details see our refund policy.

Why your prices are much less as compared to other big box stores?

Most products sold by are bought in auctions all over North America & around the world, overstock auctions and or on sale items. We strive hard to find the best prices around the world and because we do not have much overheads as compared to Big Box Stores; we are able to pass on these good prices to our valued customers. Further we don't believe in crazy retail markups.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 days. Some locations may take up to 2 weeks or more for delivery.

Can we pick up after we place an order through your website and pay in store?

Yes, you can choose pickup in store option upon check out.

Can I use my own courier?

Yes, we can ship on your courier account. Please let us know and we will send you information..


Is express shipping available?

If you need faster shipping or have a favorite courier company. Let us know we can send you a quote.

How do I get service after 15 days on a product I purchased from your store?

After 15 Days, service is available for items under warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer via the number published in the manual of the item that you have purchased. 

Some product warranties are region specific and might not be available from Canada or USA. In such case you have to contact manufacturers from appropriate country for any warranty related issues.

Do Phones on your website Unlocked?

Yes, they are unlocked, unless specified.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver everywhere in the World; Extra charges may apply for some locations. Shipping is automatically charged based on your location, product size and weight.

Do your products have warranties?

Yes, all our products have standard manufacturer warranties (usually 1 year to 2 year). And open box or refurbished products usually have 6 months warranty. Please contact us for further details.

Is financing available on your products?

Do you sell other products which are not listed on your webstore?

Yes, we might have some other products which are not yet listed on the website. if you are looking for something in particular and you cannot find it on our website, let us know and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

How do I get work done under warranty?

Contact the manufacturer via the phone number or email available in the manual that came with your product. If you cannot get in touch with them, call 647-510-4665 or email and we will try to help you as best we can.

How do I redeem my "5 percent welcome discount" after I have placed my order?

You can email us with your order number and we can refund you the 5 percent amount.

Do you match prices with other retailers?

We try to have the best prices available for the products. But still if you find a better price on any legitimate website (eBay, Kijiji or Facebook market place etc. are exempt) where product is not on sale or on clearance and matches the product exactly as ours, we will match it.

Are phone or internet orders better?

Ordering online is a quicker process but either way you will get your products in a timely manner.

Are there taxes on products ordered from you in my province?

Sales tax (13 % HST) is applicable on all online orders in Ontario. Outside of Ontario, only 5 percent GST will apply in Canada. There are no taxes charged for USA / overseas destinations.

Do you sell Refurbished / Open Box products?

We sell new products straight from the manufacturer mainly. Unless it is specified in the title of the product that it is open box or refurbished.

What payments do you accept?

At, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Certified Checks, Email Money Transfers (Interact), Cash and PayPal.

When do I receive my tracking number?

Once your item has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number the following day.

Who will ship the product?

Depending upon your location we use different freight companies. In most places, Canada Post will be your shipper. We also use USPS, UPS, FedEx, Purolator etc.
