We at Deal4.ca strive to provide the best shopping experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we have established a comprehensive policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience.
Most products sold by Deal4.ca can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered. Please note that exceptions to this policy are some cellular and wireless devices and non-returnable items, which are detailed below.
To process a return or exchange, you must provide the original receipt (invoice) from your purchase, the original method of payment, and the original packaging and all items that were originally included by the manufacturer or by Deal4.ca. In addition, we require your name, address, phone number, and signature, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be requested to confirm this information.
Cellular and wireless devices are subject to usage restrictions set by the carriers and can be returned within 15 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 15 days from the date your online order is delivered. Please see more details below, including instructions for disabling security settings on certain devices.
Bonus items and bundle items can be exchanged only if they are defective. All other terms and conditions of the Deal4.ca Return and Exchange Policies apply.
The following products cannot be returned: major appliances that are Open Box, floor models, and/or of the Miele brand; service, delivery, and installation fees; gift cards and pre-paid cards; digital downloads (such as digital software and video games); books, magazines, and copyright materials; food, vitamins, and supplements; earrings; intimate products; personal protective equipment (PPE); seasonal holiday goods; and shopping bags.
Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging, and the product must be in like-new condition with no signs of use. Furniture must be unassembled, and fashion apparel, linens, bedding, maternity products, and baby clothes, shoes, and accessories must be unused, unworn (if applicable), unlaundered, and still have the original tags attached.
