Last week, Samsung hosted one of its biggest launch events in recent memory, introducing the Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 foldables, Galaxy Watch7 and Ultra smartwatches, Galaxy Ring, and Buds3/3 Pro. Typically, we see new additions to the Galaxy Tab series around this time of year, but they were notably absent from last week’s Unpacked event. It appears Samsung is now planning to release its tablets in the fall, with Max Jambor suggesting that the Tab S10 series will launch in October.
The Tab S10 series is rumored to initially consist of two devices: the Tab S10+ and an Ultra model. Last month, renders of the Tab S10 Ultra surfaced, revealing a design nearly identical to the Tab S9 Ultra. Samsung's top-tier tablet is expected to feature a 14.9-inch AMOLED display and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
In contrast, the Galaxy Tab S10+ is rumored to use a Dimensity 9300+ SoC, making it the first Samsung tablet to incorporate a MediaTek chipset. This model is also expected to offer a 12.4-inch screen and 12GB of RAM.
